Zun\u00e4chst bot die UBS 1 Milliarde Franken, das hei\u00dft 0,25 Franken je Aktie. Das wies der Konkurrent zur\u00fcck.<strong> Die Vereinbarung liegt nun bei rund 3 Milliarden Franken, wobei die UBS einen Teil in eigenen Aktien zahlt (rund 2 Milliarden Franken).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dabei erhalten Aktion\u00e4re der Credit Suisse 1 UBS Aktie f\u00fcr je 22,48 Credit Suisse Aktien. Der Kurs der Credit Suisse Aktie sackte am Montag, 20. M\u00e4rz 2023 auf unter 0,70 Franken ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das h\u00e4ngt nat\u00fcrlich mit der \u00dcbernahme durch die UBS zusammen. Denn 22,48 Credit Suisse Aktien = 1 UBS Aktie. <strong>Das hei\u00dft, dass rund 22,5 CS Aktien ungef\u00e4hr den Preis einer UBS Aktie ergeben.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des Weiteren k\u00f6nnen CS und UBS basierend auf der Notverordnung des Bundesrates ein <strong>Konkursprivileg gesichertes Liquidit\u00e4tshilfe-Darlehen \u00fcber 100 Milliarden Franken<\/strong> abrufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gem\u00e4\u00df den Vereinbarungen spricht der Bund der UBS zudem eine <strong>Garantie in H\u00f6he von 9 Milliarden Franken<\/strong> f\u00fcr potenzielle Verluste aus, die die UBS im Rahmen der \u00dcbernahme der Credit Suisse \u00fcbernimmt. Auch UBS Aktien sind zweistellig im Minus.  Das Minus liegt dabei zun\u00e4chst bei -13 Prozent.<\/strong> Die \u00dcbernahme kommt dabei auch auf Druck der Regierung und der Schweizer Nationalbank zustande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwar k\u00f6nnte sich der Deal langfristig positiv f\u00fcr die UBS auswirken, danach hat die Bank ein verwaltendes Verm\u00f6gen von rund 5 Billionen Dollar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber kurzfristig \u00fcberwiegen noch Unsicherheiten, Risiken und nat\u00fcrlich auch die Ausgaben. Ein H\u00e4ndler \u00e4u\u00dferte sich dahin gehend, dass die UBS eine Blackbox kauft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch andere Finanzwerte in Europa, sprich Banken und Versicherer, sind teils stark im
