Bereits am Dienstag <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asktraders.com\/de\/finanznachrichten\/fielmann-aktie-analysten-stufen-die-aktie-hoch-der-kurs-springt-deutlich-an\/\">stufte die Privatbank Berenberg die Fielmann Aktie hoch<\/a>. Der Kurs stieg daraufhin um \u00fcber 7 Prozent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Im heutigen fr\u00fchen Handel konnte der Aktienkurs von Fielmann nochmals um \u00fcber 8 Prozent zulegen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"604\" height=\"311\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asktraders.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/fielmann-aktienchart.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-171820\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.asktraders.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/fielmann-aktienchart.jpg 604w, https:\/\/www.asktraders.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/fielmann-aktienchart-333x171.jpg 333w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 604px) 100vw, 604px\" \/><figcaption><em>Fielmann Aktienchart am 27.04.2023\/ Bilderquelle: traderfox.com<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Au\u00dfenumsatz der Fielmann-Gruppe wuchs um 15 Prozent auf 556 Mio. EUR. Der Konzernumsatz stieg ebenfalls um 15 Prozent auf 478 Mio. EUR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Unterschied zwischen Au\u00dfenumsatz und Konzernumsatz ist, dass beim Au\u00dfenumsatz auch s\u00e4mtliche Tochtergesellschaften sowie die Mehrwertsteuer ber\u00fccksichtigt ist. Im Konzernumsatz dagegen wird nur der Umsatz des konsolidierten Umsatz im Konzern und ohne Mehrwertsteuer ber\u00fccksichtigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Umsatzsteigerung kam dabei nicht nur durch h\u00f6here Preise zustande, sondern auch eine Steigerung des Absatzes. <\/strong>Fielmann konnte dabei prim\u00e4r bei Korrektionsbrillen (8 Prozent mehr Absatz) sowie Gleitsichtbrillen deutlich mehr verkaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Gesch\u00e4ft in Deutschland wuchs im Vergleich zu Q1 2022 um 12 Prozent, in \u00d6sterreich um 13 Prozent und in der Schweiz um 15 Prozent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Absatz in Spanien konnte sogar um 44 Prozent gesteigert werden. Hier muss jedoch ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, dass Fielmann dort \u00dcbernahmen t\u00e4tigte (Medical \u00d3ptica Audici\u00f3n), die sich nun auf die Ertragssituation auswirken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die \u00fcbrigen M\u00e4rkte wuchsen um 31 Prozent. EUR auf nunmehr 220 Mio. EUR, das bedeutet um mehr als 18 Prozent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie bei Gewerbeimmobilien \u00fcblich sind die Preise f\u00fcr Mieten inflationsindexiert.
