EUR auf +0,8 Mio. EUR gesteigert werden<\/li><li>+7 %  Transaktionsvolumen der Kreditplattform auf 16 Mrd. EUR<\/li><li>Hypoport kann weiter Marktanteile gewinnen<\/li><li>Stabilisierung auf niedrigem Niveau<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Als die vorl\u00e4ufigen Zahlen Mitte April herausgebracht wurden, verkauften Anleger die Hypoport Aktie zun\u00e4chst ab. <strong>Doch mittlerweile hat der Kurs den Verlust wieder aufgeholt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch heute reagiert der Aktienkurs kaum auf die Nachricht. Hier liegt der R\u00fcckgang bei 95 Prozent! Vor einem Jahr konnte Hypoport ein EBIT von 16,9 Mio. EUR vorweisen, nun sind es nur noch 0,8 Mio. EUR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Ganze war indessen keine \u00dcberraschung mehr. Entsprechend kam der Kurs der Hypoport Aktie bereits im Jahr 2022 geh\u00f6rig unter Druck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anfang 2022 lag der Kurs im Hoch bei etwa 500 Euro. Solange diese Nachfrage aber nicht wieder anzieht, kommt auch kein Schwung in die Aktie.<\/li><li>Hypoport konnte die Kosten deutlich reduzieren, was dazu f\u00fchrte, dass sie einen positiven Gewinn (EBIT) in Q1 2023 vorweisen konnten.<\/li><li>Das bedeutet, dass das Unternehmen auch auf dem aktuellen Niveau (einigerma\u00dfen) profitabel wirtschaftet.<\/li><li>Wir gehen davon aus, dass sich der Immobiliensektor fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter wieder erholen wird.
