Juni brachte das Unternehmen eine deutliche Gewinnwarnung heraus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die voraussichtliche Besserung im zweiten Halbjahr scheint nicht einzutreffen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nun ist sogar die Refinanzierung gef\u00e4hrdet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwar hat die sich HELMA Eigenheimbau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asktraders.com\/de\/traden-lernen\/aktien\/unterschiede-aktien-anleihen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aktie <\/a>im Verlauf des Tages von ihren bisherigen Tiefstst\u00e4nden etwas erholt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dennoch steht immer noch ein Minus von \u00fcber 30 Prozent zu Buche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Marktkapitalisierung ist auf nunmehr etwa 20 Mio. EUR geschwunden. <\/strong>Der Aktienkurs liegt unterhalb der 6 EUR-Marke. Als <strong>Gr\u00fcnde <\/strong>f\u00fcr die Zur\u00fcckhaltung der Kundschaft nennt das Unternehmen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-light-green-background-color has-background wp-block-list\">\n<li>ein unver\u00e4ndert hohes Zinsniveau <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>weiterhin hohe Baukosten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>anhaltende <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asktraders.com\/de\/traden-lernen\/trading-ratgeber\/inflation-oder-deflation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Inflation<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Unserer Meinung nach, waren die Punkte 1 und 3 jedoch abzusehen. In der Vergangenheit wurden auch in Phasen mit \u00e4hnlich hohen Zinsen wie aktuell Immobilien gebaut und gehandelt<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch der Unterschied war, dass die Preise entsprechend geringer waren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das bedeutet, dass entweder die Preise f\u00fcr Bestandsimmobilien deutlich sinken m\u00fcssten oder die Kosten f\u00fcr einen Neubau. Der Immobilienmarkt ist und bleibt im Augenblick sehr herausfordernd, zumindest f\u00fcr diejenigen Unternehmen, die mit dem Bau oder Kauf\/Verkauf von Immobilien Geld verdienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? Doch es handelt sich lediglich um eine Phase. Dieser Zustand wird vor\u00fcbergehen. Es ist nicht denkbar, dass auf lange Zeit hinaus keine neuen H\u00e4user gebaut oder verkauft werden. Es ist eine Frage der Zeit, bis sich die Situation \u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? Einige Unternehmen werden diese Phase finanziell nicht \u00fcberstehen k\u00f6nnen und rutschen in die Insolvenz. Ob HELMA dazu geh\u00f6rt, wissen wir nicht. Es k\u00f6nnte sein. Es k\u00f6nnte aber auch sein, dass die derzeitigen Aktienkurse ausgezeichnete Gelegenheiten zum Einstieg sind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? Solange die Refinanzierungsfrage noch nicht gekl\u00e4rt ist, sehen wir die Lage bei HELMA kritisch. Es m\u00fcsste eine nachhaltige und l\u00e4ngerfristige L\u00f6sung gefunden werden. Eine Kapitalerh\u00f6hung w\u00e4re denkbar. Jedoch ist es unerl\u00e4sslich, dass nach einer etwaigen Kapitalerh\u00f6hung die Auftragsb\u00fccher wieder merklich gef\u00fcllter werden.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<aside
