That will very much depend on your strategy and your back-testing etc. In my opinion, I will not move stops to break-even just because I don't want the risk. I will move my stops based on where I believe there is risk to my trade or where I believe my trade will no longer be valid.
By moving your stop too tight you are essentially reducing the percentage chance of you having a winning trade. So it is always important to be careful with that as you run the risk of constantly cutting potential profits, or continuously getting stopped out for breakeven only to see the trade go back in your favour.
My suggestion to you would be to rigorously back-test your strategy, and test how it performs when you move stops and how it performs when you don't. you will then get a clearer idea of what is best for you.
