Inoltre, il suo punto di forza \u00e8 il Social Trading, grazie al quale \u00e8 possibile seguire e copiare le operazioni di altri trader. Incluso il capire la procedura per chiudere l\u2019account eToro. Un broker regolamentato che rispetta tutte le normative in ambito finanziario. E che dispone di un buon servizio clienti. Insomma, se hai intenzione di chiudere il tuo account, di certo ci riuscirai senza problemi: vediamo insieme come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\"  id=\"etoro_perche_dovrei_chiudere_laccount_etoro\">eToro. Perch\u00e9 dovrei chiudere l\u2019account eToro?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prima di vedere esattamente il procedimento, \u00e8 bene analizzare i motivi che possono portare un trader a chiudere un account eToro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di norma i motivi principali sono i seguenti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Problemi tecnici con la piattaforma eToro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perdite eccessive sul proprio conto di trading reale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passaggio ad altro broker per offerta migliore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generale disinteresse verso il trading online<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifichiamo fin da subito che nessuna piattaforma \u00e8 esente da problemi: anche una piattaforma all\u2019avanguardia come quella di eToro pu\u00f2 ogni tanto incorrere in qualche problema di natura tecnica. Specialmente durante le ore di mercato pi\u00f9 \u201ccalde\u201d, come all\u2019apertura delle borse nazionali principali (da quella di Milano per noi utenti italiani fino a Wall Street per gli USA), \u00e8 possibile che sia attivo un numero molto alto di trader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In scenari del genere, potresti incappare in qualche rallentamento, anche non ci \u00e8 mai capitato di trovarci con un\u2019operazione annullata per colpa della piattaforma. Qualsiasi sia il tuo problema, ti consigliamo sempre di riportarlo al supporto clienti eToro: si occuperanno loro di gestirlo e attiveranno il loro team tecnico per investigare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se invece la tua carriera da trader non sta volgendo per il meglio e stai accumulando perdite, come prima cosa dovresti analizzare le tue operazioni per scovare il motivo. Hai fatto pratica sufficiente con il conto demo di eToro prima di iniziare a usare il conto reale? Stai usando una buona strategia di trading che hai testato a fondo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inoltre, non cadere nell\u2019errore di pensare che l\u2019esperienza di trading con il conto demo sia la stessa con il conto reale. Non bisogna mai sottovalutare il fattore psicologico: aprire posizioni con soldi reale \u00e8 nettamente differente dall\u2019usare soldi virtuali. La paura legata al rischio di perdere i propri soldi pu\u00f2 influire pesantemente l\u2019attivit\u00e0 di un trader, che deve invece sempre rimanere razionale e lucido (seguendo una buona strategia di trading).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tra gli altri casi che potrebbero spingerti a chiudere l\u2019account eToro, potrebbe esserci un generale disinteresse verso il trading online: \u00e8 normale, fare trading di certo non \u00e8 un attivit\u00e0 per tutti. In casi del genere, non c\u2019\u00e8 niente di male ad ammettere di non avere tempo, voglia o energie da dedicare al trading online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infine, pu\u00f2 anche darsi che tu abbia trovato un\u2019offerta migliore rispetto al broker eToro. Magari il Social Trading non ti interessa e vuoi una piattaforma senza questa funzione. Per esempio, il broker Plus500 \u00e8 un\u2019ottima alternativa a eToro (se hai intenzione di cercare altri broker ti consiglieremmo di iniziare da questo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\"  id=\"etoro_come_contattare_il_supporto_clienti\">eToro. Come contattare il supporto clienti?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se da un lato il supporto clienti eToro \u00e8 sempre disponibile, 24hr al giorno su 24hr (durante i giorni feriali), dall\u2019altro c\u2019\u00e8 da dire che \u00e8 raggiungibile solo via Live Chat e Sistema di Ticket. Sfortunatamente, non esiste un numero telefonico da chiamare: il servizio \u00e8 disponibile solo tramite live chat e sistema di ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aprire un nuovo ticket, anzich\u00e9 cliccare su \u201cVisita il centro di aiuto\u201d dovrai cliccare su \u201cApri un nuovo Ticket\u201d (come \u00e8 visibile nell\u2019immagine precedente). Dovrai poi scegliere la categoria del tuo problema e poi descriverlo brevemente. Il supporto clienti ti risponder\u00e0 quindi via live chat il prima possibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bisogna aprire una breve parentesi sui tempi di risposta. Innanzitutto, il servizio clienti \u00e8 disponibile in tantissime lingue diverse (incluso l\u2019Italiano, ovviamente). C\u2019\u00e8 poi da dire che c\u2019\u00e8 una forte discrepanza tra il nostro test e i tempi di attesa invece riportati da risorse in lingua inglese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con il supporto italiano, abbiamo atteso solamente 2 minuti di tempo da quando abbiamo aperto il nostro ticket e abbiamo avuto il primo contatto con un agente del supporto clienti. In caso dell\u2019invio di un documento e attendere il processo di verifica da parte di eToro (per quanto riguarda un prelievo), abbiamo atteso circa 24 ore (un tempo pi\u00f9 che ragionevole).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nonostante ci\u00f2, sembrerebbe che i tempi di attesa per il supporto in lingua inglese aumenti drasticamente: sono stati riportati anche casi dove i trader hanno aspettato 7 o 10 giorni lavorativi prima di risolvere il loro problema. Riteniamo che questa discrepanza sia dovuta al maggior numero di clienti di lingua inglese che deve gestire la piattaforma eToro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\"  id=\"etoro_dove_posso_trovare_i_termini_e_condizioni_del_broker\">eToro. Dove posso trovare i termini e condizioni del broker?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I termini e condizioni di eToro puoi leggerli seguendo le istruzioni riportate di seguito. Come chiudere il mio account eToro?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bisogna ammettere che capire come chiudere un account eToro non \u00e8 proprio facilissimo. Il broker ha sicuramente migliorato la procedura di chiusura nel corso degli anni, visto che in passato per chiudere un conto eToro bisognava per forza contattare il servizio clienti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma prima di mostrarti il processo per chiudere l\u2019account eToro, \u00e8 bene specificare un paio di punti. Come prima cosa, devi assicurarti di avere chiuso tutte le tue posizioni sia di trading, sia di Social Trading, altrimenti non sar\u00e0 possibile effettuare la chiusura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inoltre, devi procedere a prelevare i fondi rimasti nel tuo conto eToro. Ti ricordiamo che il prelievo minimo su eToro \u00e8 pari a $50 (circa \u20ac45,42) e che ci sono $5 (circa \u20ac4,36) di commissioni da pagare sulla richiesta di prelievo. Se hai meno di $50 sul tuo conto eToro, allora non potrai ritirare tale somma (ma potrai comunque chiudere il tuo account).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ti ricordiamo che il broker eToro non chiude \u201cdefinitivamente\u201d il tuo conto ma lo \u201cdisabilita\u201d. Ci\u00f2 significa che se in futuro un giorno vorrai riaprire il tuo conto eToro, dovrai semplicemente contattare il loro servizio clienti per chiedere di riabilitare il tuo vecchio conto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La richiesta di chiusura pu\u00f2 richiedere fino a 72 ore e una volta completata il broker eToro di invier\u00e0 una email di conferma. Qui di seguito puoi leggere i passi che devi compiere per chiudere l\u2019account eToro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accedi al tuo account eToro e dal menu a sinistra clicca su \u201cImpostazioni\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dalla pagina delle impostazioni, clicca su \u201cConto\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nella pagina Conto dovrai scorrere in basso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proprio in basso troverai una piccola scritta \u201cClicca qui per chiudere il conto\u201d: clicca sul link<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si aprir\u00e0 una nuova finestra: inserisci il motivo della chiusura e poi clicca su \u201cContinua\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nella prossima finestra il broker eToro prover\u00e0 a convincerti a rimanere: se comunque vuoi procedere nella chiusura, devi scegliere la risposta negativa e poi cliccare su \u201cContinua\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nell\u2019ultima finestra ti verr\u00e0 riepilogato il procedimento di chiusura: se vuoi procedere clicca su \u201cConferma\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\"  id=\"etoro_cosa_fare_ho_laccount_etoro_bloccato\">eToro. Cosa fare ho l\u2019account eToro bloccato?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dopo averti mostrato come chiudere l\u2019account eToro, vediamo di analizzare il caso di un conto bloccato.
