- Berkshire purchased 483,300 shares of Amazon in Q1

Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK.A) owned a stake of $860.6 million in Amazon.com Inc (NASDAQ: AMZN) at the end of March, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing about Berkshire’s U.S.-listed stocks as of March 31.
Previously, the company’s CEO Warren Buffet said that Berkshire purchased 483,300 shares of Amazon, an investment made by one his two investment managers Todd Combs or Ted Weschler.
The investment is estimated to be worth $904 million in today’s market.
