CN announces Rob Reilly as chief operating officer and Michael Foster as executive vice-president

  • Reilly to join Montreal-headquartered company on July 1
  • Michael Foster promoted to chief information and tech officer role, effective June 3

Canadian National Railway (TSX: CNR) (NYSE: CNI) has named Rob Reilly as new Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, and Michael Foster as CITO and Executive Vice President. Reilly, who has three-decades worth of experience in the rail industry, will take up his new role on July 1st, while Foster will be promoted internally on June 3rd.

“I am very pleased to be joining CN, the industry leader among North American railroads and the pioneer of scheduled railroading. I look forward to adding my experience to this already great team of scheduled railroaders,” Reilly said in a statement.
