- Most cryptocurrencies trading lower today, but litecoin keeps rising

With the biggest part of the cryptocurrency market (particularly altcoins) in the red today, there is still one which is still swimming upstream. Litecoin continues to rise while halving fomo gets more intense.
A couple of hours ago, during Asian morning trading, litecoin (LTC) reached $140. This is the highest level it has reached since the middle of May last year. The latest increase has boosted the cryptocurrency’s price by another 10% in a matter of hours.
At press time (just after lunch hour in the UK), it was trading at $139.23.
