- US stock stagnant due to Brexit and China deal delays
- Major US indexes are slightly in the red
- Imported goods price rose in the US
US stocks had trouble gaining price, as investors remain uncertain in how the China trade deal will go through. On top of that, the Boeing groundings, as well as Brexit, keep investors on their toes.
Due to an unusual uncertainty in the markets, major US indexes are stagnant, or slightly in the red. Dow Jones industrial average index, S&P 500 as well as Nasdaq composite index fell by 0.07%.
The uncertainty did not affect only the stock markets. The price of imported goods also rose by 0.6% in the US. This monthly rise was, however, attributable to fuel prices.
