I think we can really only put this down to one reason only Ali. The initial fears of the coronavirus are subsiding. There is still an issue of the effect on the Chinese economy and knock on effect to the world economy but that initial panic is now gone and the virus hasn't sunk us into a recession.

Traders now believe the stock market will continue to rise and the virus isn't as dangerous as initially feared and so we are seeing money flow into risk on assets again.
