Ali, it's continued rise in value is down to market risks.

In the last year of so there has been constant talk of market risks. From Brexit, Iran, Trade wars, coronavirus and a potential recession. 

This has fuelled safe haven currency flows. And, the US dollar is the safest of them all. Which means capital flows into the USD and there is an increase in its value.
