Hi mohammed (again!)

It does seem that way. The unexpected 50bps rate cut from the BoE didn't help my eurgbp sell position but i still have a sell side bias on this pair. The euro has a lot of troubles and it seems to only be being held up by the fact that it is being used as a safe haven or carry trade currency. 

In terms of the GBP it is still heavily undervalued in my opinion, even after the rate cut. And now especially with the budget release today, I believe we should see some downside here. However, you can never assume in markets. Thats just my analysis...
