Coin Transfer Problem

I am a regular trader of eToro. I have made a lot of transactions here. Due to the maintenance of the server, I have faced multiple times coins transfer problems. Recently, I have a request for a transfer, but it hasn't become successful. I had waited for 48 hours. But there is no result. What can I do right now? Can anyone give an idea about taking time for a successful transfer? I have not sent a support ticket yet.

Hi Alex, eToro is a pretty reliable broker. I think your best option is to submit a support ticket so that they can look into your failed transfers.

Your funds are safe with eToro and I believe that their support team will help you complete the transfer once you submit a ticket.
