At what position size would a trader start to experience noticable order-fill/liquidity issues? (as a percent of volume)

Just curious about how much a successful trader could scale their order size.

 

I hear wildly different answers throughout the internet, so Im wondering if there are any successful traders who have experience with problems when scaling their position size.
