Blaize Holdings stock (NASDAQ: BZAI) has been given a boost this morning following the initiation of coverage by Roth Capital, which assigned a “Buy” rating and an $8.50 price target. This positive assessment underscores the company's potential in the rapidly expanding market for energy-efficient artificial intelligence (AI) edge computing solutions.

With the Blaize stock price jumping 28.5% during Monday's trading session, sentiment may be shifting after a 66.33% drop since the turn of the year. The new price target reflects confidence in Blaize's ability to capitalize on a total addressable market that Roth Capital estimates will reach $30 billion by 2030.

The firm anticipates that Blaize is positioned for “hyper-growth” and expects the company to achieve breakeven results by late 2027.

Other analysts have also recently weighed in on Blaize's prospects. DA Davidson reiterated a “Buy” rating with a $10.00 price target, bolstered by the announcement of a $120 million contract in the Asia-Pacific region. Rosenblatt Securities upgraded the stock from “Neutral” to “Buy,” setting a $6.00 price target, citing the company's robust $900 million revenue pipeline through 2027.

Blaize's recent strategic partnerships and contract wins further support this positive outlook. The company secured a $56 million deal to deploy its edge AI platform across over 250,000 surveillance systems in Southeast Asia, aimed at enhancing urban infrastructure and public safety.

Additionally, a $120 million agreement to deliver hybrid AI infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific region signifies a substantial expansion into key markets. A partnership with Saudi Arabia's Technology Control Company to build advanced AI infrastructure is also expected to accelerate smart transformation across various industries in the region.

The company's financial performance reflects these strategic wins. Blaize reported a 97% increase in revenue in the second quarter of 2025 compared to the first quarter, driven by initial shipments from the South Asia contract. Consequently, Blaize raised its fiscal year 2025 revenue guidance to at least $35 million, up from the previous range of $19 million to $50 million, and projected fiscal year 2026 revenue of at least $130 million.

Blaize's focus on energy-efficient AI solutions positions it advantageously within the growing edge computing market. The convergence of positive analyst ratings, strategic partnerships, and substantial contracts underscores the potential for significant growth in the coming years.
