Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a provider of enterprise software unifying automation and customer engagement, saw its shares inch higher at the open on Wednesday after it announced a new £3.0 million multi-year Liberty cloud contract with an S&P 500 global financial services firm.

The win highlights Netcall's successful “land-and-expand” strategy and strengthens its position within the financial services vertical.

The expanded partnership builds upon the customer's initial adoption of Netcall's Liberty platform in the second half of fiscal year 2025. The new contract elevates the customer's annual subscription to £1.0 million, deepening the integration of Liberty into their core operational processes.

The application, delivered via Liberty Create with embedded AI, will automate case workflows from initial intake to final resolution. It also integrates with core systems and standardizes processes, ultimately reducing manual effort, strengthening oversight, and delivering actionable analytics for enhanced consistency and efficiency.

This multi-year agreement provides increased visibility into Netcall's future recurring revenues, a key metric watched by investors. The contract's size and duration signal the customer's confidence in the Liberty platform and its ability to deliver tangible business value.

CEO James Ormondroyd stated, “This contract reflects the strength of our land-and-expand strategy and Liberty's ability to scale across critical business processes. By extending into core case management, our customer is accelerating automation and standardisation across global operations. Their confidence in our platform underlines Liberty's proven ability to deliver rapid operational improvements for customers worldwide.”
