Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a provider of cloud computing and connectivity for financial markets, announced Thursday that it has secured over $7 million in new Private Cloud contracts during August.

As of 09:08 am, Beeks shares are up 0.9% from Wednesday's close, trading at 215p.

Private Cloud, a secure, high-performance, low-latency cloud computing platform designed for single organizations, is a key offering for Beeks.

Unlike public cloud solutions, Private Cloud provides exclusive resources built and operated for a single client, enhancing security and performance. The new contracts span multiple financial institutions across various geographical locations.

Revenue recognition from these contracts is set to commence in the current financial year, providing immediate financial uplift.

This strong trading performance in August follows a record Proximity Cloud month in June, demonstrating continued contract momentum for Beeks.

CEO Gordon McArthur stated, “Demand for our offerings continues to build as financial institutions increasingly recognise the need for secure, high-performance infrastructure. These wins add meaningful contracted revenue for this year and reinforce our confidence in the Company's ongoing growth prospects.”

The new Private Cloud contracts represent a significant win for Beeks Financial Cloud, reinforcing its growth prospects and validating its strategic focus.

This news opens a potential trading opportunity for investors, contingent on the company's ability to execute and deliver on its promises. However, as with any investment, thorough due diligence and risk assessment are essential.
