TabTrade Granted Investment Dealer Licence by Mauritius FSC

TabTrade, a multi-asset forex and CFD broker, has been granted an Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer, excluding Underwriting) Licence for its Mauritius entity, TabTrade (Mauritius) Ltd, by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius.

The FSC issued the licence on 2 July 2026 under Section 29 of the Securities Act 2005, Rule 4 of the Securities (Licensing) Rules 2007 and the Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and Fees) Rules 2008. The licence number is GB26206419 and the classification code is SEC-2.1B. A Global Business Licence was granted the same day under Section 72(6) of the Financial Services Act 2007.

The FSC is the integrated regulator for non-bank financial services and global business in Mauritius. Under the licence, TabTrade (Mauritius) Ltd must hold client funds separately from its own and use them only for their stated purpose, and must have its anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing framework reassessed annually.

The broker launched in 2025 and also operates TabTrade Ltd, a company registered in Saint Lucia under the International Business Companies Act, which remains part of the group.

Traders can verify the licence by searching the company name on the FSC Online Public Register at opr.fscmauritius.org.

“We wanted a regulator with a public register anyone can search, Clients should not have to take our word for how their money is held or who answers for us. Now there is somewhere they can go and check.” Benjamin Boulter, Founder and CEO of TabTrade.

TabTrade offers forex, indices, commodities, metals, shares and cryptocurrencies as CFDs on MetaTrader 5, with cTrader to follow, alongside a browser-based WebTrader and mobile apps. Execution is routed through Equinix LD5 in London. The broker’s Edge account runs raw spreads from 0.0 pips with a flat $3.50 commission per side and no markup on the spread; pricing intelligence firm Datalyst measured the account at an average of 0.04 pips across the major currency pairs during May 2026, with the tightest reading at 0.02 pips on AUD/USD. A Standard account with no minimum deposit and no commission prices from 1.0 pip.

*Trading CFDs and margin forex carries a high level of risk and can result in losses that exceed deposits. Between 74–89% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. A licence does not reduce that risk.
