Tritax Big Box REIT Shares Touch Their Lowest Level in a Year

Tritax Big Box REIT has touched its lowest level in about a year in morning trade today, slipping under its previous 52-week low as the shares edged lower in London.

Tritax Big Box REIT (LON: BBOX), the industrial property investor, touched a 52-week low in London trading today. The shares reached 139.57p and were at 140.2p by 09:12 London time, after trading between 139.57p and 141.4p so far.

That left the shares down 0.99% on the day. They sit 18.1% below their 52-week high and are down 4.1% so far this year. The company’s market value is about £4.1bn.

The previous 52-week low was 139.8p, and today’s low of 139.57p undercuts it. The shares have not traded this low since the 15th of September last year, which makes this their lowest level in about a year.
