Woodwark’s most recent role was as Managing Director of the public sector division “Communities” at Mitie Group plc. Prior to that, she held leadership positions at Compass Group, including Group Head of Strategy and M&A, and Managing Director roles for Compass UK.

Her early career involved management consultancy at McKinsey & Company, focusing on infrastructure, transport, hospitality, and retail sectors in the UK and US. She also currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of UK Housebuilder Vistry Group PLC.
