Diploma Appoints Wilson Ng as Group CFO

Diploma PLC (DPLM.L), a leading international group of businesses supplying specialized technical products and services, has appointed Wilson Ng as its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.

The move follows Ng’s tenure as Acting CFO since August 2025 and signifies a period of continuity for the company’s financial leadership.

Ng’s appointment comes after what the company described as a rigorous selection process, highlighting his suitability for the role.

Prior to becoming Acting CFO, Ng served as Group Financial Controller since joining Diploma in 2022. He brings over 20 years of international finance experience, including senior roles within large, industrial FTSE-listed businesses. His background as an ICAEW chartered accountant further strengthens his qualifications.

Johnny Thomson, Diploma’s Chief Executive, expressed his enthusiasm for Ng’s appointment, stating, “I’m delighted that Wilson has been appointed Group CFO.
