The results were driven by elevated commodity market volatility, disciplined marketing spend, and strong momentum in newer product lines, including zero-commission stock trading and crypto.
Organic first trades surged 63% year-on-year, while active customers grew 12% — the fifth consecutive quarter of sequential growth. Assets under administration across the Group’s platforms crossed £20 billion in April.
Chief Executive Breon Corcoran said the company was “upgrading our guidance for 2026 and medium-term outlook,” pointing to “commercial momentum accelerating.” Full-year organic revenue growth guidance was raised to 10-15% — ahead of the prior “high single-digits” target — with EBITDA margins to be sustained in the mid-40s percent range.
Looking further ahead, IG now expects at least 10% organic revenue compound annual growth beyond 2026, as it pushes deeper into stock trading, crypto and multi-product offerings across the UK and international markets.
