Moonpig Appoints Catherine Faiers as CEO, Signaling a Focus on Digital Transformation

Moonpig Group plc (LON: MOON) announced the appointment of Catherine Faiers as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective on a date to be announced.

Faiers succeeds Nickyl Raithatha, who is stepping down after seven years at the helm.

Faiers joins Moonpig from Auto Trader Group plc, where she served as Chief Operating Officer. Her previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Addison Lee, Corporate Development Director at Trainline, and a Director at Close Brothers Corporate Finance.

Her extensive background in e-commerce and digital transformation is expected to be a key asset for Moonpig.

Kate Swann, Non-Executive Chair, highlighted Faiers' experience, stating, “Catherine brings a wealth of experience in e-commerce and public companies, with a proven track record of leading customer-focused digital, data, and technology transformations.”
