Best Buy Shares Jump 5% in Today’s US Session

Best Buy shares were up about 5% in US trading by 6:43pm in London today, leaving the electronics retailer just over 6% below its 52-week high.

Best Buy Co. (NYSE: BBY), the US consumer electronics retailer, was trading at $88.91 by 6:43pm in London today, up 5.11% on the session so far. The shares have traded between $84.75 and $89.01 in a US session that is still running.

The gain leaves the shares 6.2% below their 52-week high and 62.3% above their 52-week low. They are up 36.7% so far this year. Volume so far is 0.57 times its 20-day average, with the session still running.

Best Buy Ads has partnered with LG Ad Solutions to offer advertisers LG’s connected-TV inventory, including the Home Screen, a first for a retail media network, the companies said on Wednesday. Best Buy Ads collections are on track to grow 10% in fiscal 2027, on $900 million last year.

Best Buy’s next results are due on the 24th of November.
