Corporate adviser and multi-service stockbroker Arden Partners’ (LON: ARDN) share price is up 22.92% at 14.8p on Wednesday after the company released a trading update ahead of its annual general meeting, which was held at 1 pm today.
The company stated that trading since its fiscal year 2020 results back in February has remained strong, with all areas performing well.
The advisor and broker to small and mid-cap companies said for the current financial year to date, they have completed seven secondary equity fundraisings, raising more than £75m for clients compared to £90m raised in the whole of the previous financial year.

Arden has also completed several merger and acquisition transactions and is currently focusing on increasing fees on the transactions.
