Corporate adviser and multi-service stockbroker Arden Partners' (LON: ARDN) share price is up 22.92% at 14.8p on Wednesday after the company released a trading update ahead of its annual general meeting, which was held at 1 pm today.
The company stated that trading since its fiscal year 2020 results back in February has remained strong, with all areas performing well.
The advisor and broker to small and mid-cap companies said for the current financial year to date, they have completed seven secondary equity fundraisings, raising more than £75m for clients compared to £90m raised in the whole of the previous financial year.
Arden has also completed several merger and acquisition transactions and is currently focusing on increasing fees on the transactions.
“Our deal pipeline remains strong, including a number of IPOs which we plan to bring to market over the coming months,” the company stated.
