Intuit's stock (NASDAQ: INTU) looks set to open today at new all-time-highs after a positive earnings print, and improved outlook. INTU is a notable extended hours mover, gaining 7.96% on the session to sit at $719.10, putting the previous high of $714.78 in the shade.
The company’s latest results not only surpassed analyst expectations but also prompted management to raise full-year guidance across key financial metrics.
Intuit reported third-quarter revenue of $7.75 billion, representing a 15% year-over-year increase and handily beating consensus estimates. Adjusted net income climbed to $3.28 billion, or $11.65 per share, up from $2.8 billion ($9.88 per share) a year earlier.
Management’s decision to raise its full-year outlook was a highlight of the earnings release. Revenue guidance was increased to a range of $18.72–$18.76 billion, up from a prior range of $18.16–$18.35 billion. Adjusted EPS guidance was also lifted to $20.07–$20.12, compared to $19.16–$19.36 previously, while GAAP EPS guidance now stands at $13.19–$13.24, reflecting anticipated growth of 26–27%.
These upgrades are underpinned by strong momentum in the Consumer Group and a dramatic acceleration in the Credit Karma segment, now forecasted to grow 28% (up from 5–8%).

Analysts have yet to respond to the earnings beat and upgraded guidance, although current price targets ranging from $530 to $875 give an average close to the current price. The consensus view ($723.11) is that Intuit’s execution, particularly the rapid recovery and growth in Credit Karma, sets the stage for continued outperformance. However, some caution remains due to the stock’s elevated valuation and the competitive fintech landscape.
Intuit's strong Q3, raised full-year guidance, and strong segment growth, particularly in Credit Karma, have pushed the stock to new highs. The company's ongoing dividend increases and share repurchases reinforce management’s confidence in continued growth and shareholder returns, further boosting sentiment. With the stock in breakout territory, holders can expect a period of price discovery.
