Computacenter (CCC.L) now expects 2026 adjusted profit before tax of no less than £425m. The technology sourcing and IT services group said in a trading update today that third-quarter performance was “ahead of our expectations”. London has not yet opened, so the shares have not traded on the news.
How the shares closed last week

That close was 19.4% below the 52-week closing high of 5,695p, set on Tuesday last week, and the shares are down 16.2% over a month. They remain up 56.7% year to date and 68.75% over 12 months.

What the update said
For the quarter to the 30th of September, unaudited, Technology Sourcing revenue grew strongly, led by hyperscale and neocloud customers in North America and the UK. Services revenue was ahead of last year, as growth in Professional Services, also driven by North America, more than offset a decline in Managed Services.
North America recorded record project completions. The UK posted excellent Technology Sourcing growth. Germany was robust, though the company is continuing action there to improve efficiency and align resources with demand.
The committed product order backlog reached a record £12.6bn, against £9.3bn at the end of June, about 35.5% higher. Computacenter defines it as committed purchase orders placed with vendors against non-cancellable customer sales orders for delivery within 12 months. It reported a strong pipeline in North America and the UK, and a strong start to the fourth quarter.
The £425m floor compares with a company-compiled analyst consensus of £387.1m for 2026, within a range of £380.8m to £395.3m. That puts the floor £37.9m, or about 9.8%, above consensus.
Computacenter will hold a Capital Markets Event in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, on the 24th of November, hosted by chief executive Mike Norris and chief financial officer Keith Mortimer. Its next scheduled update is a pre-close trading update on the 28th of January 2027.
