METLEN Energy & Metals SA (ATHX: MYTIL) is taking significant steps to a listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). This move is aimed at diversifying METLEN’s geographical presence and improving shareholder liquidity. The company has submitted a draft listing prospectus to the UK’s FCA, marking an important milestone in this process.
In addition to its plans for a primary listing in London, METLEN will maintain its secondary listing on the Athens Stock Exchange. This decision allows METLEN to preserve its roots while also expanding into a broader international market. The dual listing strategy is part of METLEN’s broader strategic plan to enhance its competitive edge in the industrial and energy sectors.
Evangelos Mytilineos, the Chairman of METLEN, expressed satisfaction with the progress of the London listing process.
