AdvancedAdvT (LON: ADVT) expects first-half revenue of at least £28.5m and adjusted EBITDA of at least £8.0m, both up by double digits. The AIM-listed software provider said trading remains in line with management expectations.
The update came at 7am today, before the London open. Shares closed on Friday at 187.5p, so that price predates the announcement and does not reflect it.
The statement covers the six months to the 31st of August. The company said revenue growth came from continued organic growth across the group and a contribution from acquisitions.
Adjusted EBITDA, which is earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, adjusted for certain items, improved on higher revenue, operational efficiencies and disciplined cost management. Vin Murria, Executive Chairperson, pointed to the nature of its products.
We are pleased to have delivered double-digit revenue and EBITDA growth in the first half of the year. This performance reflects the mission-critical nature of our solutions and our continued focus on digital transformation and AI across the Group.

The balance sheet is the other main point. Net cash and investments stood at £113.2m at the 31st of August, after £9.2m was spent on buying back shares during the period.
| Measure | 31 Aug 2026 | Feb 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Net cash | £95.2m | £96.2m |
| Investment in M&C Saatchi plc | £18.0m | £15.4m |
| Net cash and investments | £113.2m | £111.6m |
Cash fell by £1.0m, while the M&C Saatchi stake was worth £2.6m more, lifting the total by £1.6m despite the buyback.
Murria said £10.0m of buybacks have been completed and a further £10m programme was started in September. The company said the balance sheet leaves room for organic investment and further acquisitions, which it continues to assess.
First-half spending focused on product development, AI, automation and scalable SaaS (software sold as a subscription) platforms. AI and automation features are live in customer environments, with more being piloted. Half-year results are due on the 2nd of November.
